All products sold on this store are digital downloads, delivered instantly after checkout.
Digital products and the right of withdrawal
By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to consumer purchases in the EU (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)) once delivery has begun.
When we do refund
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Email us at support@bootifytemplates.com within 14 days of purchase if:
- Your download is corrupt, incomplete, or technically broken and we cannot fix it promptly;
- The product is clearly not as described on its product page;
- You were charged twice for the same product.
In these cases we will repair the issue, replace the files, or issue a full refund — your choice.
What we don't refund
- Change of mind after the files have been downloaded
- Incompatibility with tooling not listed in the product requirements (all themes are standard Bootstrap 5 / HTML / CSS)
