1. Who we are

Bootify Templates ("we", "us") operates this store at bootifytemplates.com, selling digital website templates ("themes"). Contact: support@bootifytemplates.com.

2. Products and delivery

All products are digital downloads. After successful checkout, files are delivered electronically via a download link on the confirmation page and by email. No physical goods are shipped.

3. License

Each theme is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants the commercial license described on our license page and in the LICENSE.txt file included with each download: unlimited personal, commercial, and client projects; no redistribution or resale of the theme or its source files.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your card details.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

All themes, documentation, and store content remain our intellectual property. Third-party components (e.g. Bootstrap, open-source fonts) remain under their respective licenses.

7. Warranty and liability

Themes are provided "as is". We warrant that files are deliverable and substantially as described, and we will repair, replace, or refund defective products as set out in the refund policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. EU consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes may also be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
